Overall a really nice stay and exactly what we wanted for our hotel stay. Would 100% recommend. Staff very helpful throughout our stay, gave us a map and explained transport options into Venice. Bus stop is very close and <10 minute walk to Venezia Mestre train station. You can get good food for good prices locally too especially when compared to Venice itself so the location is very good.

Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, nice receptionist, good bed. Quite area. Feels very homie and safe. There is everything you need. Receptionist let us leave our luggage after check out as our flight was late in the night. Housekeeper cleaning rooms every day, changing the bedding and towels. The location is wonderful. Less than 5 min walk to the bus stop that brings you to Venice. Bus N6 and N6L in 15 min will drop you off at main bus stop for Venice. A lot of nice local coffee shops and restaurants here: like Bottega del Caffe dersut, Bar Citta Giardino, Al Giardinetto.

The manager is extremely friendly, helpful and very positive, made our whole stay better. The room has everything you need. The hotel is 3 minutes from a bus station - you reach Venice directly up to 10-15 minutes. Fair price. Highly recommended!

We just returned from a six day stay at this wonderful hotel located in a lovely, safe & quiet neighborhood. The owner, Ludovinia and her staff, were very welcoming, gracious, friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate, warm & comfortable. The breakfast room was spotless with a wide variety of foods & fresh fruits served daily. The hotel is also located an easy walk to the bus line #6 or #6L, which, after a short ride, took us into Venice. Again, we were extremely pleased and planning on making the Hotel Villa Adele our home away from home the next time we visit Venice.

Probably the smallest Hotel room I've ever seen and lived in, but it was really clean and therefore okay for one night. We couldn't make the air conditioning work (but maybe that was our fault), so it was quite hot inside the room. BUT! Now comes the big but. This was the nicest service I've ever had anywhere. It doesn't matter whether we're talking about hotels, restaurants of anything else. The people here were so so nice, even talked to me when I went downstairs to have a smoke. They were so lovely and you could tell they like what they're doing. Also, you get a small map and an explanation on how you get to Venice city when you arrive, which was really helpful. You can park your car outside, but they also have a place to park your car which costs 10€. That's really fair. I would come again!

Comfy, older style rooms. Beds are a bit firm but the rooms are cosy. Very, very quiet part of town. Easy walk (5min) to the buses into Venice (10min ride, take the 6,6L or 66 from near the fountain). Not a bad breakfast either.
